At Morningside Nannies, we refer only prescreened, well-referenced and qualified nannies and babysitters who are able to successfully meet your family’s childcare needs.
To start your nanny search, we require a $100.00 non-refundable search fee. This search fee accompanies your application and allows us to begin recruiting candidates for your hiring consideration. This fee is good for one year. Morningside Nannies reserves the right to close a search if a client is non-responsive for 30 days.
Once and only if a nanny has been offered a position and accepts, a referral fee will be charged. The referral fees are collected from our agency and are separate from the hourly wages paid directly to your caregiver for childcare services rendered.
Should you hire one of our candidates for a position through our agency, our referral fee is equivalent to six times the nanny’s gross weekly wages for full-time referrals (35 hours per week or more) and eight times the nanny’s gross weekly wages for part-time referrals. This fee is billed to the credit card on file and is billed upon the nanny accepting your job offer.
